Based in Canada, Marius is a highly respected and experienced speaker, presenter, trainer, coach and facilitator. He specialises in the fields of behaviour and culture change as well as leadership development.
Bringing more than 25 years of training and human / organisational development experience to the Foundation, he also has extensive practical work experience in the fields of safety and risk management – qualities that are a great asset to the Foundation. Marius is actively involved in our program design and training initiatives.
